UFO Tops Return Policy
At UFO Tops, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with a straightforward return process.
1. Return Eligibility
  • Timeframe: Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Products must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all included accessories or components.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made tops, clearance items, or gift cards are not eligible for return.
2. Return Process
  • Step 1: Contact us at support@ufotops.com within 30 days of delivery to request a return. Please include your order number and a brief reason for the return.
  • Step 2: We’ll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
  • Step 3: Securely package the item(s) with the RMA number clearly marked on the package and ship it to the provided address.
  • Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.
3. Refunds
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds exclude original shipping fees unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
4. Exchanges
  • If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact us at support@ufotops.com to confirm availability before returning the item.
  • Exchanges are subject to the same eligibility conditions as returns. You’ll be responsible for shipping costs for both the return and the new item unless the exchange is due to our error.
5. Defective or Incorrect Items
  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label and either replace the item or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs, at no cost to you.
